Reservations Policy: Reservations at Eugene Hotel are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Pre-authorizations may be taken on the credit card prior to arrival. Room rates are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Guests must review their reservation confirmation for accuracy and contact the hotel immediately if any corrections are needed. Extended stay rates and packages may be subject to unique terms. 


Check-In/ Check-Out Policy: Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM Central Time, and check-out time is 11:00 AM Central Time. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested in advance but are subject to availability and additional fees. Reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For arrivals or departures outside these hours, mobile check-in/check-out services are available 24/7. Guests arriving after 11:00 PM will be guided through the digital self-check-in process for convenience and security.


Smoking Policy: Eugene Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarette use, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guest use. Any guest found smoking in prohibited areas will be charged a $250 cleaning and restoration fee per occurrence. Repeated violations may result in eviction without refund.


Pet Policy: We are pleased to welcome your furry companions to Eugene Hotel! A maximum of two pets are permitted per room. A $25 per day cleaning fee will be applied to your stay up to $150. Pets must remain leashed in public areas and are not permitted in lobby spaces due to health regulations. Guests must ensure their pets use designated areas and clean up after them. Pets left unattended in guest rooms must be kenneled. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Market-value repair or replacement fees will be charged to the card on file and will be reconciled within 10 business days of checkout. We do not allow venomous or exotic animals on property.


Room Policy: Our rooms are designed to be elegant, peaceful retreats, please treat them with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft involving hotel property. Charges for repair, cleaning, or replacement will be billed at market value to the credit card on file. Pre-existing room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately upon check-in to avoid responsibility. Guest deliveries and packages are accepted at the hotel; however, we are not responsible for the safety, timing, or contents of any shipments. Our quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect fellow guests by keeping volume levels low during this time.


Minimum Age Policy: To maintain a refined and secure guest experience, Eugene Hotel requires that all registered guests be at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in to verify age.


Room Cleaning Policy: We offer privacy-focused housekeeping. Room refreshes are not performed during your stay unless requested. Your room will be cleaned completely once a week. For fresh towels, linens, or additional amenities, please contact the front desk or email info@stayeugene.com. We are happy to accommodate reasonable requests.


Guest Safety Policy: Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. Eugene Hotel employees will not disclose guest names, room numbers, or presence to anyone without lawful authorization. This includes the delivery of messages, phone transfers, or inquiries by third parties. Guests must communicate their room number to any individuals they wish to receive visits. Security cameras are in use throughout the property, and all persons on-site may be recorded. The hotel assumes no liability for personal injury resulting from use of gym or fitness facilities, where available. Use at your own risk.


CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (3:00PM Central Time) to avoid charges. Reservations canceled within the 24-hour window, or no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. Certain special events and special rates may carry additional terms.
